Wedding - Frequently Asked Questions

How soon before the wedding should I book a trial
It is wise to have a trial as soon as possible. However we would suggest something in the order of two months before the wedding day.

Would you come to my house
We would be please to arrange for both the trials and the actual day to be at your home.

Must I have makeup and hairstyling
Unlike other companies, Morgans do not impose a ruling about the Bride having both hairstyling and makeup.

How do I make a booking
The easiest way to make a booking is to use our enquiry form. From this we will let you know our availability. You will then confirm the booking and secure it by forwarding a £50 deposit. Many brides prefer to secure their booking at the trial.

How do I make payment
The balance is payable two weeks prior to the wedding day. Sorry, we unable to accept credit cards but cheques or cash is fine.

How long will it take
It varies depending on the hairstyle you have chosen, but on average it takes about thirty minutes to do your make-up and about an hour to do your hair. If you have a large party, it may be necessary to start very early in the morning.

What if I wish to cancel
If for any reason you have to cancel your booking, you must do this in writing at least two months before your wedding, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the total balance will be charged.
What happens if Morgans are unable to attend
If your assigned stylist/beautician was unable to attend to you on your wedding day, every endeavour would be made to find another stylist/beautician for you, otherwise your payment, including your deposit, would be refunded in full.
